Product feature and application of disc type wood crusher:

• The wood crusher machine is composed of machine body, knife chipping part; chips recrush part and sieving part.
• Wood crusher is a new type woodworking machine, it can make the raw materials such as wood, wood chips, wood block, branch into sawdust in one process. It combines both chipping and crushing in one machine, no need to use wood chipper for preprocessing of wood logs.
• To ensure security, the feed inlet of this crushing equipment adopts self-suction design to avoid serious damage to operators.

Working principle of disc type wood crusher: 

On the wood crusher, the fixed blades can crush the wood into small wood chips firstly. Then the wood chips obtain kinetic energy from hammer sheets, run toward to the baffle of the frame body and sieve at a high speed, at the same time, materials hit each other, are crushed repeatedly, when the materials size is smaller than the diameter of the sieve holes, they will be discharged from the holes. In fact, wood crusher is crushing materials mainly by impact.
